SNOW FIESTA 2014

We are highly obliged to share with you that we are organizing ‘Snow Fiesta -2017’ an National event and this year we are planning to make it internactonal to include diffrent particapants around the world. Snow Fiesta -2017’in the Jammu and Kashmir state depicting the snow as celebration. Snow Fiesta is the only event of snow celebration in the south Asian region. It organizes and present annual snow art event and promote artistic endeavors, education, publicity, entrainment and seasonal appreciation in India. A visual fiesta with ultra large snow sculptures and snow games, which will highlight beautiful images in total harmony. People will enjoy a unique opportunity to see a ultra large structures made of snow. The event will be held in Gulmarag in the month of January, 2017. The main aim is to seasonally participant with the medium which is present. To represent the space which has its meaning but create the art works which will deal with the space artistically. Through the participation of arts how in a different atmosphere they create an environment which show the possibilities how a medium can be utilize. This will draw the attention of people that how snow is bring a form to celebrate in another way of life. The event is primarily based on the best interests of Artists, Art and snow lovers, it will cover exclusively art forms based on Snow as a medium and theme starting from ‘Snow Sculptures’, ‘Ice clubs’, ‘Ice buildings’,‘Snow Photography’, ‘Paintings’ depicting shades of snow, ‘Snow Statues or Portraits’ ‘Snow Men’ depicting the traditions and Snow Games. Besides the art forms, the traditional, semi classical and contemporary music activities will be also part of the event. The main purpose of this event is to foreground Kashmir’s snow season as festivity too besides its sports and adventurous importance. The initiative not only draw the attention of people who are well familiar with snow festivity across the world but also encourage as an interesting element of visiting this part of the world. Besides this event will give recognition to various artists of the nation and will encourage their efforts and will bring in to them the desire to achieve more in this field. Snow Fiesta 2017 was reinvigorated to draw on the states unique culture and environment to create an event that would stand out from all others in India today.
